Y1198     .32 Allen Lip Fire Cartridge for the Allen & Wheelock Revolver

Description: Here is a nice cartridge patented by Ethan Allen on September 25, 1860. These were produced for the Allen & Wheelock revolvers and came in four different sizes. This is the second to smallest version. The small lip on the bottom contains the fulminate to ignite the cartridge.
