Z582     Excavated German Panzerfaust 30

Description: This is an excellent dug Panzerfaust 30 tube. These hollow steel tubes would have been fitted with a warhead that would stop a tank. This model is the earlier version and was typically good at 30 yards. This particular type could fire at speeds up to 98 feet per second and could pierce through 5.5" of armor plating. These weapons were operated by one person and were a favorite tool to stop tanks from overpowering the infantry.

Measures: 31.5" in Length

Recovered: Kurland Pocket

Price: SOLD

Z549     WWI Dated Model 1916 Holster for .45 Colt Model 1911 Automatic Pistol

Description: Here is a very nice russet/brown leather holster for the M1911 .45 Colt. This one is in very nice shape with no major wear or damage. This one shows honest use but in still in great shape. It has the iron hook for the webbed belt which is a key sign that it would be WWII. The WWI versions typically have brass hangers unless they were modified. The initials "D.S." are carved into the back, There is a maker marking on the back but it is well worn. Under close inspection you can read -42. The area where the iron hanger is looped through and doesn't show any wear from use. There is a little verdigris on the brass pieces which is quite common on leather items. The leg lace that would have been tied to the hole at the bottom is missing. Most were well worn, and when exposed to moisture or mud they tend to dry out and break.  This piece would look just great with a WWII era M1911 hanging out of it.

Measures: 10.25" x 5.5"

Recovered: Surplus Stocks

Price: $65.00

Z506     German Iron Cross Second Class by Fritz Zimmermann of Stuttgart

Description: Here is a very nice EK2 with an original ribbon that is folded. This one has an iron core and was produced by Fritz Zimmermann of Stuttgart. The ring that attaches the ribbon to the cross is hallmarked "6(dot)." I have seen a few of these searching the internet and most don't have good paint on the interior. There is a possibility that the interior of this one was repainted quite some time ago. The paint that is on the interior seems to be correct and without gloss.

Maker Mark on Ring: (6"dot")

Measures: 44mm x 44mm (not including ribbon)

Price: $125.00
